Fosso degli Angeli
The farm is situated in Campania on the heights of Casalduni City, in the heart of the Sannio. Fosso degli Angeli, founded in 2009, takes its name from a centuries old olive groves owned.
For over three generations the family has been dedicated to the cultivation of grapes and olives, 7 hectares of vineyards, 10 hectares of olive trees and 15 hectares of pasture and forest. The vineyards are mostly on calcareous clay soils at an average height of about 450 meters above sea level. The micro-climate and biodiversity in the vineyard are vital to ensure a balance, protection and plant nutrition.
